The Ellory Gown

Introducing a first in the world of fashion design: A formal gown designed to be as stunning and comfortable standing as it is seated. The loose, flowing front drapes gracefully down the front of the body and is secured by the front ties. The ties and the loose draping allow for adjustment as your body size changes over the course of your day and your life. The back of the gown has a smooth and snugly fitted, stretched taut by the front ties. This makes it comfortable to wear both standing and seated. 

The smooth, fitted back is covered by a removable cape which allows the back of the dress design to appear seamless with the front. The cape can be removed and draped over the back of a chair or wheelchair to allow for comfortable seating while maintaining the continuity of the look.  

At the bottom of the dress, there are a pair of diamond clasps that can be joined together to gather the skirt together at the knees, as pictured above. This prevents the hem of the skirt from being caught in the wheels of a wheelchair.
